The Automatic Condenser Cleaning System
(ACCS™) is an online, fully-automated solution
designed to keep condenser and heat-exchanger
tubes continuously clean while the system
remains in operation. In conventional cooling
systems, fouling, scaling and biological buildup
reduce heat transfer efficiency, lead to higher
energy use, and require frequent manual cleaning
or chemical treatments. ACCS eliminates these
issues by periodically circulating specially-sized
elastomer cleaning balls through the tubes.
The balls scrub the inner surfaces, removing
deposits and maintaining optimal heat transfer
performance all without shutdowns or manual
intervention.
This results in lower energy consumption,
improved cooling efficiency and reduced
maintenance costs.

(SBR™) – Non-Chemical
Water Treatment
The Scale & Bio Removal System (SBR™) is a
fully automatic, non-chemical water treatment
solution for cooling towers and circulating water
systems. Unlike traditional chemical dosing
methods that rely on chlorine, bromine or other
chemicals to control scaling and biological
growth, SBR uses innovative physical and
electrochemical processes to prevent scale and
biofouling without any chemical addition.
This “green” technology continuously treats
cooling water, maintains water quality, and
reduces corrosion and microbiological buildup.

lowering blowdown requirements, reduces energy
